Hallo German learner!
A2 is the second level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Learn more about the A2 exam here.
The CEFR levels encompass six levels, with A2 representing the second stage and C2 as the highest proficiency level. Generally, attaining at least a B1 certificate is advisable for securing a job requiring German language skills in India or for reaching a conversational proficiency level suitable for business purpose.
A1 serves as an introduction to the German language, while A2 builds upon this foundation, delving deeper into everyday topics with an enhancement of speech. Compared to A1 level, A2 places greater emphasis on grammar and vocabulary, making it essential to have a solid A1 base to effectively grasp the more complex grammar points at this level.
