Course Policy

Thank you for selecting Langrushi The Foreign Language Institute as your destination for Foreign Language learning.

Course Registration and Material

Participants must complete the registration form and submit the course fee (either in full or as per the installment plan) to confirm their seats, which are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Access to Course Materials: Course materials (PDFs, slides, assignments) will be shared via Google Drive or email. Materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or sold.
  • Course Recordings:
    • All class recordings are the intellectual property of Langrushi The Foreign Language Institute and are protected under copyright laws.
    • By enrolling in the course, participants agree not to claim ownership, modify, or redistribute any part of the recordings.
    • Access to recordings is granted solely for personal educational use by registered students.
    • Sharing, downloading, screen recording, or distributing these videos to others (including friends, family, or social media) is strictly prohibited.
    • Access to course recordings is granted for a fixed period of 1 year from the date of enrollment, with no extensions beyond the 1-year access period.
    • Students may not use recordings for any commercial purpose, including re-teaching or republishing the content.
    • Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of course recordings will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Change of Batch or Schedule

  • Students can request a batch change only in exceptional cases and based on seat availability.
  • Any such request must be made in writing to info@langrushi.com.

Participant Responsibilities

1. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Attend all scheduled classes on time.
  • Inform the instructor in advance if you are unable to attend a session.
  • Repeated absences without communication may affect your eligibility for course support or retake options.

2. Active Participation

  • Engage actively in class activities, discussions, and practice exercises.
  • Stay attentive during sessions—avoid multitasking or distractions during live classes.

3. Homework & Assignments

  • Complete and submit all homework and assignments on time.
  • Practice regularly outside of class to reinforce your learning.
  • Contact the trainer in case of doubts or difficulty in completing assignments.

4. Communication & Etiquette

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with the trainer and fellow participants.
  • Use designated communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp group, email) for queries, homework, or scheduling.
  • Avoid sending personal or non-course-related messages to the trainer.

5. Academic Integrity

  • Submit your own work for assignments and assessments.
  • Do not copy from others or use unauthorized tools during tests (if any).

6. Technical Requirements

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to the required platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Use a headset or earphones for better audio quality and less background noise.
  • Keep your camera on during live classes unless otherwise instructed.

7. Respect Course Content

  • Do not record, share, or distribute course materials, including class recordings, without written permission.
  • All materials provided are for personal learning use only.
